Woodford Encourages Paperless Billing in Response to Coronavirus

At Woodford, our number one priority is the health and safety of our team members, customers, supplier partners, and communities we serve.

Over the past several weeks, we have taken a number of steps to modify our business practices to deal with COVID-19 and avoid disruptions to our day-to-day operations. For example, we have:

  • Closed our offices to visitors to limit face-to-face exposure
  • Eliminated non-essential travel
  • Increased cleaning protocols throughout our facilities

We are also asking customers to call or email us to place orders, make payments, or communicate with us about any other issue. And our website has a “Chat with Us” feature you can use to ask any questions.

We are also encouraging customers to enroll in our paperless billing service. This service features a number of benefits:

  • Timely & Hassle-free: You’ll receive your invoices and statement by email, days earlier than through the post office.
  • Convenient: You can view or print your bill anytime, on any device, at your convenience.
  • Green: Reduce clutter, save paper and help the environment.
  • Sanitary: Reduce potential virus exposure or other contaminant risk.

Online Account Access & Auto-Pay

For additional convenience, customers can also get 24/7 access to their accounts through our Customer Portal and through a set of mobile apps. Concerned about accidentally forgetting to pay a bill? Then sign up for auto-pay and never miss a payment again.
