Formed in 1944, the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers’ (STLE) mission is to advance tribology (the science and engineering of interacting surfaces in relative motion) and lubrication engineering to foster innovation, improve the performance of equipment and products, conserve resources, and protect the environment.

Our STLE-OMA-1 analysts are predictive maintenance professionals trained to oversee oil analysis programs. Core capabilities and responsibilities include:

    • Performing oil analysis testing
    • Reviewing oil analysis reports
    • Maintaining overall care of equipment and scheduled maintenance actions
