Q: I want to be able to access my account information online. Can you help me?

A: You can login through our “Your Account” link. If you don’t have an account, request a user name and password which will allow you to go online 24 hours a day 7 days a week and reprint invoices, credit cards, ACH (EFT) acknowledgements, prices, and more.

Q: I am a branded location, but I am not happy with the brand that I have. How can you help me?

A: Woodford Oil Company is a multi-branded jobber, so we have many options to offer you. We offer our customers Marathon, ExxonMobil, Sunoco and Citgo.

Q: I am an unbranded location and would like to find a partner to help me become a major branded location. Can you help me?

A: Yes. Woodford Oil Company has sales people and a maintenance crew that can assess your location and make suggestions as to what they think would best fit your needs.

Q: It is 8 pm on a weekend/holiday, and I have been much busier than I expected to be. I am going to run out of fuel. With my current supplier, I never know whether I will be able to find anyone to help me. Do you have someone or a service available to help me get my fuel after hours?

A: Yes. We have a dispatch department that has someone on call 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Simply call our office anytime; if it is after hours you will be transferred to our after-hours service which will contact the dispatcher on duty so he/she can take your order and place it for you.

Q: My current supplier always seems to have a problem getting the product that I need because the terminal is out of supply or is on strict allocation. Can you help me with this problem?

A: Yes. Woodford Oil Company is a multi-branded jobber in seven states. We have access to several terminals in each state. During times of supply and allocation issues, we can divert the transport company to the next closest terminal in order to get the product you need to you when you need it.

Q: I frequently run out of fuel because the carrier doesn’t get my loads to me when I need them. Can you help me?

A: Yes. Woodford Oil Company uses several transportation companies in addition to our own Woodford Transport, so if you are having a problem with your current transportation company, then we can offer you a different one.

Q: I have a busy schedule which makes it hard for me to keep track of my fuel inventory. Can you help me?

A: Yes. Woodford Oil Company offers a keep full delivery system. Our expert staff can keep track of your inventories and place orders for you as needed.
