Less than one year since expanding in the Mid-State/Summersville, WV, area with the purchase of an existing, 5.7-acre bulk fuel and lubricants plant, Woodford is pleased to be welcoming many new customers across our full range of products and services, including propane, lubricants, and motor fuels.
Our central West Virginia growth was accelerated with the acquisition of Sparks Propane of Webster Springs last December, and with the expansion of our Summersville plant. Major investment in Summersville included construction of a new propane bulk plant, including a 30,000-gallon propane tank and associated infrastructure, as well as an automated Woodford Express Fueling Station for fleet/cardlock customers. Site work also included updating the existing bulk fuel and lubricants plant, and several smaller projects.
Today, with seven propane bulk plants providing service across central West Virginia and the Tri-State area of northern West Virginia, southern Pennsylvania, and western Maryland, Woodford is, more than ever, your local propane supplier.
