With more than 20 years of experience in the energy industry and a proven track record of driving results, Shelton brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to Woodford. We are confident that his vision and dedication will strongly support Woodford’s growth strategy.
A graduate of West Virginia University’s Institute of Technology, with a Bachelor of Science in Business, Shelton has had a long career in the industrial lubricants and chemicals sector. He began his journey at his family’s business, Mid-State Industrial Lubricants Co., where he held various roles that led to the position of Vice President of Operations. In 2009, following the sale of Mid-State to Maxum Petroleum, he continued to advance his career, holding significant leadership roles in both Sales and Operations.
In 2015, Shelton co-founded Nacelle Solutions and served as Director of Operations, where his strategic vision and operational expertise played a crucial role in the company’s growth. He also worked at Pilot Thomas Logistics, leading the Energy Lubricants and Chemicals division, and at Flint Energy Partners in Oklahoma City, OK, as President of the Lubricants and Chemicals division.
